ACMI mails letters to your consumers, on your behalf. Consumers are asked to remit to us. Your staff will have the ability to log in to our system to advise on payments, put holds on or close accounts.
ACMI utilizes our online payment portal. Letters sent to patients will direct them to pay through the website and imbedded QR codes can take them to the portal instantly via their pc, laptop, tablet or smartphone. Patients can pay with debit/credit card or check online. Payment plans can be set using parameters that you pre-authorize.
